誰評誰估

政府好些政策在推行的初始
為了得到更多的支持, 或者是降低反對的聲音
都承諾在日後會定期有評估, 以檢討成效, 作出修正

可是, 這些評估到底由誰來做呢?
由原來制訂政策的人來做么?人是很要面子的, 不會輕易認錯
由政策的受眾來做么?恐怕又會涉及利益衝突
收集社會意見?七百萬個人, 百萬種意見怎么收集?

其實, 由誰做並不是重點
重點是如何做, 以及如何說服大眾採信檢討的成果
好像幾個政治助理, 副局長的任命的檢討
如何證明他們存在的價值就是中期檢討的重點

Apple的謊言

昨天, 美國的消費者雜誌的報告出來了
指iphone 4的接收問題是機體設計上的缺陷

可是, 較早之前蘋果還說只是接收格的顯示問題
這又算是什么一回事呢?
這么簡單的接收測試, 蘋果肯定不會做不到
也當然不可能由衷地認為是信號顯示問題

然則, 這樣說來, 就是明擺著的意圖欺騙了
如果沒有這份及時的消費者雜誌的報告
蘋果就會以一個程式去修改明明是正確的信號顯示
草率地了結了這個事件, 繼續售賣不完善的產品

聽說美國法院已經接納了有關iphone 4的集體訴訟
希望能藉此狠狠地抽蘋果一巴掌

最有能力的球隊是巴西, 只是對荷蘭的下半場吃錯藥
最欠合作要屬阿根廷, 難道真的想一個扭過十一個么
最悅目的足球是德國, 只可惜對著西班牙時的戰略不怎么對頭
最震懾的是目睹了不是守門員的球員雙手救球那一幕
最茅的自然是荷蘭, 完全讓我有著在看美式足球的感覺

現實之夢

光怪陸離的夢是有趣的
反之, 與現實太接近的夢就令人不快了

這種現實很相似的夢
應該是出於我內心的執著, 或是潜意識里的期待
因為太過真實, 即使醒來也一時分不清孰真孰夢
也因為太過真實, 在發覺是一場夢幻時更令人難受

在想著放棄之際卻夢到她說在等我作更多的努力
實在是諷刺
